HEY. GUYS. THIS IS THE NEW RULES FOR THE RP.

1: Unless noted on hiatus, if you don't log in for 2 weeks you will be kicked.
2: There has to be at least 1 RP a day.
3: Everybody only can have 2 accounts, no more.

I can't take all the fighting the rp. This rp is fun, not fighting. I don't want to risk losing more people in the group.

Back on topic, I'm going to recap our Secret Santa event which was posted not long ago. Everyone in the group recall the Events-Secret Santa section and your character being paired up with another character?

Your character has to buy a present for the person they paired up with. The person who you're going to buy for doesn't know about this cause it was mean't to be a secret. What's inside the present? Its all up to you guys! If you were lucky and your character knows the other character, good! However, if its not; just buy whatever you think its the best.

You can make a journal or such to prepare the event, but it's up to your choice.

The event ends at 25th of December, the day during Christmas. Our party where everyone exchange gifts will be around 15th of December since we believe most people will be busy during that time.

Though, I'll be around and free at that time during Christmas. If you were paired up with someone whose offline most of the time or having a hiatus please note to ~MewZakuro215 so she could switch your places.

EDIT: Thanks to a friend of mine when we were talking about Secret Santa. I want to explain it a little better just in case you don't get it. You're the Santa and the person to gets the present. So you have to give your present, but also gets another present in exchange. Simple as that. It's nothing much, but I though I at least tell you guys a bit detailed.</sub>

Hey! I'm *hinanime21(A.K.A. ~Rima-Mashiro). I'm glad to help in any way I can, so if any of you have complaints or questions, feel free to ask me or any of the other co-admins! (and of course, the admin.)

IMPORTANT, READ. Alright guys. I'm just going to say this straight out.

We have far too many OCs in the group, even after we banned them and told everyone they could only have one. I'm not blaming anyone, but that had to be pointed out.

That being said, I have two things I need EVERYONE I'm talking about to please do what we need you to. Everyone with more than one OC needs to choose one OC to keep. After that, note us telling which ones you're giving up.

Also, on the note of giving up accounts, please note us if you are giving up an account so we can update the member list.

And as much as I regret it, we're going to have to get strict in the chat. Please keep ooc to a minimal in the main chat, and if you want to talk normally, take it to the ooc chat. (Link above)

Rules

1. Send an note before joining, or posting. PLEASE do not hassle the mods via this account, or their mains, if your application is denied.

2. On that note, we have the right to decline or ignore any applications for any reason.

3. Canons, STAY IN CHARACTER.

---- Most of you probably already know this, but regardless:
You may NOT, for ANY reason re-use an account you're already using for another roleplay group. Even if you have an account for a character already, you will have to make a second account for them to participate in this roleplay. This rule is here to respect both this group, and the other groups you may or may not be in. It is also to avoid great confusion.

4. ALL pairings are allowed, provided that both parties are in agreement to said pairing.

5. The same rules apply to next generation OCs as they do to regular OCs. HOWEVER! Next Gen. OC's may not be related to canon characters under ANY circumstances UNLESS you get permission from both an admin, and the person roleplaying the character at the time. (If no one is playing the character, you'll need to speak to the admin regardless.)

6. Your character can be as much of a jerk as you want them to be, provided that YOU are not. Be kind and respectful out of character. If you have a problem with someone else, sort it out with them privately, or ignore them.

7. Godmoding is not allowed. Powerplaying is not allowed. This goes for EVERYONE. You want to kill someone's character? You must, MUST get permission from them out of character first. The same goes for things such as rape and kidnap. (But avoid rape as much as possible.)

UPDATED8. Two accounts per person, but it must be one official and one OC only.

9. You must be active at least once every ten days. Make everyone aware if you are going on hiatus, and we WILL be keeping track of everyone's activity.

10. Everybody has to watch each other including OCs.

11. To maintain the balance, OCs are not allowed to have more than two Shugo Chara.

12. USE PROPER GRAMMAR. No 'u', no 'lyke', no 'no1'. None of that. "Omg", "brb", or "lol" and the like are fine so long as they're out of character. However the prior (u, lyke, no1, etc.) are prohibited both in and out of character.

13. Outsiders cannot join in the In-Character role-play between members. It gives confusion to everyone and it's unfair.

14. Remember that the In-Character (IC) room is for role-playing only and refrain from doing too much Out-of-Character (OOC) chatting. If you want to go OOC please do it at the OOC room.


How to Join (APPLICATION FOR OCs ARE CLOSED. MEMBERS ARE NOT CURRENTLY ALLOWED TO CREATE OCs EITHER.)

1. Choose a character from the remaining list. (Right below this)

2.Send this account a note (You can comment, but it would be confusing for admins.) Subject for example "Application: Hinamori Amu (Write the name of the character you want)".

3. To not bring any more requests to write a paragraph, you will need to fill in an application form. Acutally, it's pretty easy. It is consider shorter than most application form in DA.

a) Who do you want to role-play as and if they have Guardian Characters, tell us as well.


b) Tell us about their personality.


c) Describe to us of how you would role-play this character. Write a paragraph of your sample or if you have other methods of role-playing, show a little bit of that as well.


d) Do you agree with our rules? How often will you check your messages? Please be honest.


e) Any ideas of how you’re going to develop your character?

4. Remember, DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE JOINING.

5. We will provide you with an icon once you are accepted and joined. (By our SC-IconMaker) So you don't need to go around and find an icon. :3

6. Make sure the characters first names and last name are on. Like "Amu-Hinamori", "Tadase-Hotori", "Ikuto-Tsukiyomi" and more

IMPORTANT NEWS

We've been getting a lot _{at least, in my terms~} of new members, and we haven't been able to keep up with announcing them all. As such, I want everyone, repeat, EVERYONE, to do this right now.

Go to the member list (above) and make sure you're watching everyone. And I mean check your friends list while looking, or even go on everyone and make sure you're watching them. ESPECIALLY the OCs, which are hard to tell names by just looking at the icons.

Remember, watching is very important to the RP. It keeps everyone in-the-know of what's going on. So go on, don't be shy. Shoo~

I think I have to say this now, since other members are complaining. We want a fun and serious group, not some plot bunnies with bad thinking. Now, we will enforce the rules to a greater punishment. I have discuss with the admin about this.

Firstly, I want to take our rules seriously. For example, grammar. Unless you have a proper and good reason for it, we cannot risk having bad grammar. (I have a reason for it, so I know I am wrong.) Secondly, PG ratings. We all know Shugo Chara is PG13+, so deal with it. No going overboard. Third, Power-playing; it is very unfair and sick for everyone. Nobody likes it. Nobody likes being killed, but if you're killed then you recover. And chainsaw...You see that in PG16+ mangas, not here. Fourth, Tabs. Like you're writing.

"i'm kuukai, you must be utau's shugo chara; eru."

So we wants tabs, and so beware if you have this kind of writing because nobody likes it.

"I'm Kuukai, you must be Utau's Shugo Chara; Eru."

There, so much better.

Those who do not obey the rules will be first given a warning, then if you still can't do it we will ban you from the chat, finally the group itself.

From tomorrow onwards, applications that do not have a paragraph will be ignored. Please be aware of that. Those who have been already accepted are not affected.

There are reasons that I'm doing this. First, it's a chance for you guys to read. Second, you will start to learn something. Third, I always try and make things right; so when something is wrong I will try and change it. In short; lets just say this Admin is just sick and wants you guys to learn; for the sake of everyone.

Let's hope you guys learn from now on. ((Here's a little thing, you have no idea how many times I read the rules to get here.))

Me and a few rp memebers were talking to me and saying that it was too confusing when OCs don't write a bio on their OCs or charas. SO every OCs needs to write a bio about themselves and their charas in their IDs.

Also, if OCs are going to rp as other OCs (as in not Charas but other OCs) they can only have 2 on their account and have to have link to your main OC.

Example:
has Ayumi and Kenji as her other OCs on her account. They are linked to Momoko because Ayumi and Kenji are her parents. She also gives info about them so people in the rp know about Ayumi and Kenji.

THEY NEED TO BE IN BLOODLINE IN ORDER TO LINK TO YOUR MAIN OC. It can be parents, siblings, ect. But they must play an important role in your OC's life.

Also, godmoding is not allow. We already have this in our rules and yet some people can't follow that rule. If I see you doing that I will give you 1 warning and if you do it again you are banned. If I'm not there to see feel free to tell me. That also goes with each and every other rule.

(Sorry for so many updates. DX But when people in the rp have a problem I need to tell you guys and I need to have everybody fix it together. We want this place to be a fun and happy place for people to spend time in.)

After today, we will not be taking anymore OCs in the group. It's too hard to keep track of and we need the canon characters to be filled. I know it seems unfair, but people in rp have been saying it's too hard to have so many OCs in the group and I want everybody to be happy.

It makes it so much easier to read And Grammar. Plus, Always remember to read the rules. You know, I hate people who does not understand the rules. I was having such a wonderful mood, now has been crushed by people who never read the rules.

You should also know that if you are accepted but rejected by me is probably because I am not satisfied with your paragraph or you have no tabs. If you are rejected please rewrite and try to send it again until I fully accept it.
